Baharat-Spiced Almonds
Baharat is great with any roast nuts, or a mix of nuts and seeds

Method
Preheat the oven to 150ºC. Place the almonds on a baking tray and dry-roast in the top of the oven for about 25 minutes or until golden brown. Remove and stir in the olive oil, salt and baharat. Return to the oven for a couple of minutes for the flavours to meld. Remove and cool before eating.
