L'viv spiced cookies
Simple cookies with an exotic touch
Ingredients
Method
Cream butter sugar and vanilla until light and fluffy.
Sift the flour, baking powder and L'viv and stir into the creamed mixture (beating well).
Roll heaped teaspoons full of the mix into balls and place on an oven tray. Flatten with a fork.
Press pieces of pistachio nut into the top of each biscuit.
Bake at 180-190°C for approximately 12 minutes until pale golden in colour
