Za'atar

Genuine za'atar thyme mix used like dukkah as a dip or coating.

Za'atar spice mix is loved in the Middle East where it is used daily much as we use salt. Our genuine recipe (with real za'atar thyme- which is actually a wild member of the oregano family) can be used sprinkled on flatbread, or mix it with salt to use as a salt alternative on all food. Add it to coleslaw or salad, coat fish or potatoes with it before frying.

Ingredients: Za'atar thyme, sesame seeds, sumac, salt
