Pounamu Dukkah
A unique nut and herb mix with a native New Zealand flavour.
Ground's own recipe, with a New Zealand flavour, has been a huge hit. The addictive buttery, salty flavour of the macadamia nuts is followed by a refreshing zing from the native kawakawa herb. Use like dukkah and spezie with bread and oil, sprinkle over veggies, or use as a coating on fish. Beware: we've caught people eating it by the spoonful!
