Recipes - Basil Pesto
So versatile!
Blend together all ingredients except cheese. Once smooth, stir cheese in. Store, covered in a film of olive oil, in a screw-top jar. If using pesto as a pasta sauce, and Italian friend of mine insists that you thin down the pesto with a spoonful of the pasta cooking water, spread this around the inside of a large bowl, then toss with hot cooked pasta.
