You could easily use another coleslaw dressing of your own choice (I would try it with mayonnaise or perhaps yoghurt).

Whisk cream into light pillows first, then prepare the kohl rabi and apple to avoid them sitting around and turning brown. Stir in remaining dressing ingredients, the kohlrabi and apple. Serve immediately.
