Recipes - Membrillo, Feta and Preserved Lemon Canapes
Very pretty little, easy-to-make canapes to serve at your next dinner party.
4 sheets of filo pastry
melted butter
100g finely chopped Ground's Membrillo
100g finely chopped goat's feta
finely chopped rind of half a Ground Moroccan Preserved Lemons (rinsed)
Butter the sheets of pastry and layer on top of each other. Cut into 12 even squares. Line a 12-hole mini-muffin pan with the squares. In a bowl combine Membrillo, feta, and the Moroccan Preserved Lemon rind. Fill filo cases with the mix and bake at 180C for 10 minutes.
