About Ground Recipes - Pasta Bows with Mashed Courgettes, Parmesan and Basil


550 g courgettes
50 g parmesan cheese - grated
2 tablespoons the best olive oil
1 large clove of garlic - crushed
1 very small dried red chilli - crumbled (optional)
300 g pasta bows (or similar shapes)
10-20 leaves of fresh basil - torn into small pieces
3 anchovy fillets
